Sunrise Mental Wellness telehealth occurs via a HIPAA compliant, secure video platform from the convenience of your home, office, or school setting. Telehealth allows flexibility with your schedule. The individual requires a computer, tablet or smartphone with video, audio and a good internet connection.

Online registration:
You can submit onboarding paperwork, including symptoms, allergies, medication, medical history, identification and insurance cards, and release of information (ROIs) prior to your first telehealth appointment.

Prescription management:
Your provider manages your medications and sends prescriptions electronically to your preferred pharmacy.

Secure online payment:
Telehealth software allows you to securely send payment online.

HIPAA compliant:
HIPAA is a law to protect the privacy of your medical and personal information. Your telehealth interactions are secure and only authorized users can access your telehealth sessions.

Medical emergency:
Telehealth appointments are made available during business hours most days of the week. Sunrise Mental Wellness is not a crisis clinic and does not have after hour appointments, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will need to seek care at your local urgent care facility or hospital emergency department in cases of medical emergencies.

If you're experiencing a crisis, please see our Crisis Resources section.
